The Toptracer Range addition at Rogers Park is part of an overall strategy to grow the game of golf and enhance the overall experience for golfers of all skill levels at our City of Tampa courses. Last year’s opening of the Par 3 Short Course along with Toptracer Range, will make Rogers Park one of the premier municipal golf courses in the state.

It enables golfers of all levels to enjoy interactive games and practice sessions with precise data on their performance, including distance, speed, launch angle, and more, enhancing both entertainment and skill development in a golfing environment.

Toptracer Bay Rules

We want every guest to enjoy their Toptracer experience. Please adhere to the following rules to ensure everyone has a great experience. 

• Each bay can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (No exceptions). Multiple bays will be required for groups larger than 4.

• Players may only hit from the tee mat in front of their designated bay.  Please be aware of your surroundings.

• Only one player at a time may swing from the tee mat beyond the red line.

• Any guests not playing must remain behind the red line at all times.

• Always check your surroundings before swinging a club.

• All guests under 16 should be supervised by an adult when playing.

• Do not try to retrieve tees or golf balls once they exit the bay.

• Bay reservations are strongly encouraged. A minimum reservation of 1 hour is required for each bay rental.

• Bay rates are based on time and not on your game. Your bay reservation will start and end at the reserved time, regardless of where you are in your game.

• Once your reservation has ended, you will be asked to relocate to another area of the facility so that we can prepare the bay for the following reservation.

• Poor etiquette will not be tolerated. Any player displaying poor etiquette, such as a lack of respect for other players in adjacent bays, abuse of equipment, misuse of the facility, etc., will result in expulsion from the facility.

• Personal Bluetooth speakers are not permitted.

• Players are solely responsible for damage to property, facility, and/or equipment.

• Staff reserves the right to refuse service and/or ask individuals to vacate the facility.

• Smoking and tobacco (including e-cigarettes and vaporizers) are not permitted.

• No outside food or beverage is permitted. Food and drinks are available for purchase daily through Grille 52. 

Toptracer Reservation Policy

• Reservations for Toptracer bays are strongly encouraged. Reservations may be made online by visiting www.rogersparkgolf.net or by calling the golf shop at (813) 356-1671. Walk-ins are available on a limited basis and will be made available first come, first served. Reservations will always take priority.

• Once a reservation is completed, you will receive an email outlining your reservation and the rules and policies of our Toptracer Range. Please take a few minutes before arrival to review these with your party.

• A credit card is required for all reservations. Your credit card will be put on file as a hold to guarantee the reservation. You will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment for your reservation will be processed upon check-in.

• We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. This will provide ample time to check in for your reservation and register with Toptracer software.

• Your bay is only guaranteed for the time you have made for your original reservation. Time extensions are available on a case-by-case basis based on occupancy.

• Once your reservation has ended, you will be asked to relocate to another area of the facility so that we can prepare the bay for the following reservation.

• If you are late for your reservation, this will count towards your rental period. (IE, if you are scheduled for 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm but don't show up until 7:10 pm, your reservation will still conclude at 8:00 pm.

Toptracer Cancellation/No-Show Policies:

• If a cancellation is necessary, we require you to call the golf shop 24 hours before your reservation to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made after 24 hours will receive a 50% refund.

• No-shows are subject to being charged in full for their reservation.

• A customer is a no-show if they do not arrive for their reservation or are 15 minutes late or more.

• The course reserves the right to give away your reserved bay/bays after 15 minutes and charge the no-show fee (total reservation amount).
